(d) We supply 24 hour emergency cover. All such calls are answered in person and relayed immediately to Mr. Holmes who responds without delay.
(f) All our staff have been with us for a number of years and are content in their work. All clients therefore receive a warm welcome and our best attention.
(g) We send annual reminders for vaccination boosters and each such consultation includes a full physical examination, a vaccination discount and a free worm treatment.
